Custom Cabinet Design Process

Your Vision, Our Expertise

Custom Design Consultation

First, you will schedule an appointment and meet with a designer in Classic Cupboards’ showroom, located in New Orleans, Louisiana. During this appointment, we will discuss your project and review custom cabinet options.

Initial Estimate

Classic Cupboards will provide an estimate when preliminary kitchen and/or architectural plans are available. If plans are to be developed by Classic Cupboards, a design agreement will be discussed. We will then collaborate and select appliances to incorporate the specifications of the plan. Upon receipt of the design agreement, Classic Cupboards will visit the job site to confirm all dimensions.

Plan and Finalize Your Custom Design

Preliminary Classic Cupboards’ custom cabinet plans are drawn and reviewed with the client. Once cabinet finishes and styles are selected, Classic Cupboards can order door samples for the client’s approval. Cabinets are ordered once the contract and deposit are received.

Custom Cabinets are Ordered

Upon receipt of the approved contract and deposit, the custom cabinets will be ordered. Production and delivery time is approximately 7 to 12 weeks. Free delivery to local job sites and detailed installation plans for the installer are provided.

Project Completion

Once the project is complete, you can simply enjoy the custom cabinets of your dreams!
