Sleek and Clean Custom Cabinets

This beautiful mid-century modern home is located in Old Metairie, belonging to a homeowner who dreamed of a contemporary kitchen style. This kitchen features high gloss Downsview Kitchens cabinetry with matching walls and ceilings. The high gloss paint allows natural light to bounce off of the kitchen surfaces, creating a sleek and clean atmosphere while still being soft and inviting. Miele appliances are incorporated, with a built-in coffee machine, and a carved-out nook covered by a stainless steel tambour door for additional appliances. Keeping in line with the stainless steel accents, we used metal drawer pulls for the lower drawers and cabinets. The kitchen also features open floating shelves to hold plates and other dinnerware. The pantry uses a mix of textures with both glass and aluminum sliding doors and across from it you’ll find matching cabinets.
